The main door gives way to a spacious living and dining room with fireplace. The living room gives access to a beautiful covered terrace, garden and a pool.

The kitchen is fully equipped.
There are 3 bedrooms, 2 at the ground and 1 at the second floor., there is a bathroom on each floor.
The main room, which is upstairs, has a 12 m penthouse with a sofa that can be used as a bed. There is also a 30 m terrace on the second floor that faces both the back and the front of the house.
Sheets, towels and duvets are supplied by the property.

This is a perfect place to hide during the cold winter months and to refresh during the hot summer.
From the terrace you overlook the natural park of “la Pedriza” and a little lake “Marqués de Santillana”..
During summer the temperature is very pleasant.

This is paradise for nature lovers…hiking, bird watching and mountain biking. But also a good point of departure for visits to Madrid, Segovia, San Lorenzo de el Escorial, the Royal Palace of San Ildefonso or Toledo.
In winter time you can also practice ski as ski resorts are just a 25 minutes drive away.
